Design, Prototyping, and Production
We are able to import your CAD files or work closely with you to generate our own solid model geometry, wire frame drawings and 2D detailed prints including tolerance which can be placed in your own title block or one that we can supply. Beyond design, our full pattern shop utilizing complete CAD to CAM tool generation supports our own sand and plaster mold foundry where we handle everything from prototyping to production casting in aluminum and zinc and cast vacuum form tooling with embedded stainless steel tubing for temperature control.
Packaging
K&H is also distinguished by packaging expertise, which includes Tool Design and build of tooling for vacuum form shipping trays, machined aluminum high-volume pressure form tooling and blister mold applications.
Quality Control
Our CNC machining centers offer close tolerance machining with 4-axis capability to enhance secondary operations required on cast parts. Precision and accuracy are assured every step of the way by our quality department, using tools that include two DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines.
