Steve Hogarth - President
Earned a Journeyman Pattern Maker certificate from Gleason Works in Rochester NY in 1979. Went on to learning the Precision Pattern and Plaster Mold casting at East Pattern and Model Corporation from 1981 through 1985. In August 1985 went into a business partnership with David Knebel founding K&H Products a 2 man pattern shop in Honeoye Falls NY. K&H grew at a comfortable rate through diverse economic climates gaining experience and knowledge continuously to reach its current 40 employees housed in a 20,000 sq ft facility remaining within Honeoye Falls. In 2004 David as planned retired and Steven bought his interest which has continued it's growth. In September 2009 K&H Precision Products Inc. earned its ISO 9001:2008 certification for total compliance and implementation of the K&H Quality Management System. Plans are continually made and implemented for the future of K&H Precision Products Inc.
Interests: Lake sports, bicycling, hockey, snow shoeing, skiing and following my daughters horse back riding hobby |

James "Alex" Ferguson - Vice President
Studied pattern making as an industrial elective for 3 years at Edison Tech High School. Applied for a full time job at The Gleason Works after graduating from high school in June 1976, and was accepted for employment in January 1977. Worked in the iron foundry until June 1977 when an apprenticeship position opened up in the pattern shop. Completed the 4 year apprenticeship in June 1981 and continued to work as a pattern maker until January 1987 with a "Class A" ranking.
Started working at K&H Precision Products in January of 1987 as a pattern maker. Received "on the job" and some "off site" training to learn various skills while at K&H such as:
- A) Machining, using a variety of knee mills and lathe
- B) Prototrak programming using "conversational code" on knee mills
- C) CNC Programming using "G code" at vertical machining centers
- D) Mastercam Programming
- E) Computer software such as Windows, E2, Cimco, etc.
Currently serving at K&H Precision Products as Vice President in charge of day to day scheduling and operations along with quoting and customer relations.
Interests: golf, hiking with the pet dogs, sports car driving, cooking. |
| George T. Reneers - CFO
BS Degree in Business Administration from RIT and a Masters in Corporate Finance from Syracuse University. 25 years of experience in all aspects of accounting, financial planning and analysis, capital purchases and inventory control. Worked in many diverse industries including manufacturing, building construction, road construction and retail.
Interests: Kayaking, coaching lacrosse, playing and officiating hockey, have enjoyed a camp in the Adirondacks for over 30 years. |

Cheryl Miller - Administrative Assistant, Lead Internal Auditor
Earned Associate's Degrees in Accounting and Data Processing in 1981. Worked in customer service in the banking industry until becoming a licensed home daycare provider to stay home with my children. In 1993, entered a partnership co-managing all aspects of a local plumbing company for 12 years. Started working at K&H in 2006; currently maintaining payroll, time-keeping, accounts receivable, and providing administrative support to Office Staff, as well as Lead Internal Auditor and Management Representative for K&H's ISO 9001:2008 Certified Quality System.
Interests: My four children and grandson, Motorcycling, Family Cottage, Hiking, Reading. |

Marcia Rajaca - Office and Human Resaources Manager
I began working at K&H in 1987 as part time office staff for brother, David Knebel and Steve Hogarth.
As the business grew, so did my duties and it soon become a full time position. From typing quotes, setting up job files and time-keeping, this long time relationship has evolved into Office and Human Resources Manager.
Interests: Keeping up with 2 grandchildren, various types of crafts and gardening.
