We are able to import your CAD files or work closely with you to generate our own solid modeling, wire framing and detailing. Beyond design, our full pattern shop supports sand and plaster mold casting facilities where we handle everything from prototyping to production casting in aluminum and zinc, cast vacuum form and blow mold tooling.

In addition, our CNC machining centers offer close tolerance machining with 4-axis capability to enhance secondary operations required on cast parts. Precision and accuracy are assured every step of the way by our quality department, using tools that include two DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines.
